Refund policy

We really hope that you love your Aroma Roots products, however if there is anything that you are unhappy about, please do contact us at aromarootsnorthumberland@outlook.com

We are unfortunately unable to cancel your order once it has been dispatched. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order that you have received, we would be happy to provide a full refund/replacement, provided the following conditions apply;

  1. The item is in its original, sealed packaging.
  2. The item has not been used or tampered with.
  3. The item was received by you in the last 14 days.
  4. We receive the item back, undamaged.

Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping charges.

We are unable to offer refunds on candles or wax melts that have been used/burned.

If you receive a product which has been broken/damaged during transit, please contact us at aromarootsnorthumberland@outlook.com providing photos. 

If for any reason an item may prove to be defective during use, please contact us at aromarootsnorthumberland@outlook.com, providing photos and information about the problem. All of our products are handmade and tested but occasionally we may miss something. We will need to ensure that the care card information has been followed and establish the most likely cause of defect. If the fault is ours, we will provide a replacement/refund.

All of our wax melts and candles are made using soy wax. Soy wax is a natural, plant based wax which is prone to cracking/sinking and frosting after burning. This is a natural characteristic of soy wax and does not affect the performance of the products. With this in mind, surface imperfections are not criteria for damage/faults.
