Shipping policy

Standard UK Delivery

Our aim is to package and send out your order within 3-5 working days, but where possible we will aim to send out sooner. If, for any reason we cannot fulfill your order in this time frame, we will always let you know using the contact details provided by yourself.

We are a small business which makes and packages all of our products and orders by hand. At certain times of the year it may take us longer to send out your order.

Packages are sent using either Evri or Royal Mail. Both of these delivery services aim to deliver as soon as possible.

We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

If you have not received your package within 7 days of shipping, please contact us at aromarootsnorthumberland@outlook.com so that we can look into this for you.
